Yoga Asana, (the practice of the physical postures), has been an integral part of my life for two decades. Asana Practice develops mindfulness, awareness, consciousness, non-reactivity, control over the mind, and ability to adjust one's physiological state into the parasympathetic nervous system through breath regulation. This helps one to manage anxiety and the stress response and therefore the onset of disease.
I have extensive experience in supporting others' in their Practice. I have owned and run a Studio on the Gold Coast of Australia called Tristhana Yoga. Currently I teach primarily one-on-one and occasionally small group sessions.
